Distribution Of Books And Study Materials – Institutional Social Development Cell Initiatives

In Kerala the first day of every academic year in schools is celebrated as ‘Praveshna Uthsavam’. On June 6th, which was the first day of acedamic year in schools of 2019, the Institutional Social Development Cell conducted a book distribution program for the primary students of a nearby government school in Kottayam. On that day we distributed study materials and books as part of social activity. The objective of the activity is to help children who want the necessary amenities for studying and to develop the need for social commitments and a helping mentality among the students. Nearly around 1000 books and relared study materials were distributed. This program helps to develop a social value through social services among students. The program was a great success.
