The School is situated at the Surykalady Hills about 4 kms from Kottayam town. Total Plinth Area of the School Building is about 57.95 sqm. The building consists of Ground + 2 upper floors with RCC framed structure having brick filler walls. A beautiful entrance lobby is provided with double floor height and corridors are having about 8 feet width. Toilets are provided in all floors centrally for both ladies and gents with superior finishing and modern fittings for easy maintenance. The building is provided with well laid out horticulture and landscaping around building. A Moot Court Hall to train the students for mock trials and a moot court practices and an A/C Seminar Hall to accommodate 150 persons is provided in addition to Auditorium having a capacity of 400 persons with LCD and OHP facility with public address system. Other facilities includes underground sump of 50,000 liters capacity, 2 Nos Overhead tanks of 10,000 Liters capacity each, open well of diameter 2.5mts, approach road landscaping, energy saving electrical fittings, Street Lighting and lightening arrester etc. are the main facilities available in the school.
The School has established Smart Class Room with all technical gadgets and facilities in order to have high quality experience of virtual class room platform.
Among other facilities the School has in its building a Canteen functional from 8 am to 8 pm. From Light refreshments to Meals are available there.
Administration is having staff from Mahatma Gandhi University comprising Administrative Officers, Assistants, Office Attendants, and Library Assistants. Besides there are staff on provisional and contract.
